3. Payment Terms

    A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.

    Full payment must be made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled service

    Late bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

    No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

   Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service may be                eligible for a full refund of deposits.

   Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable, except at the                    discretion of APP TOURS AND TRANSPORT LTD.

   No-Shows: No refunds are provided for no-shows.

   Changes to Bookings: Changes are subject to availability and may require full payment at the time of  change.     

   Cancellation by APP TOURS AND TRANSPORT LTD: In rare circumstances where we must cancel a service,        you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
